· Responsible for managing a team to deliver safe, optimal and environmentally sound Pre-commissioning / Commissioning and startup of a facility.
· Responsible to ensure that the Pre-commissioning/Commissioning, plant startup is safe and in accordance with the standards and requirements.
· Responsible to execute the Pre-commissioning/Commissioning of facility (Utility and Process) with client approved procedures.
· Responsible for stabilizing the Plant operation post commissioning.
· Responsible for setting up and optimizing the operating parameters of the Plant.
· Maintaining relationship and co-ordinate with the Clients and vendors for all Pre-commissioning/ Commissioning activities.
· Co-ordinate with other discipline commissioning engineers and Plant operators for smooth and scheduled completion of Pre-commissioning/Commissioning activities.
· Reviewing of Pre-commissioning/Commissioning procedures.
· Monitor and review/witness site inspection and testing related to pre-commissioning, on behalf of Client.
· Participate in Project/Client meetings and update the Pre-commissioning/Commissioning status.
· Participate in Pre-commissioning reviews including vendors, spares, tools, test, equipment, etc.
· Participate in project risk assessment workshops.
· Provide input to completion schedules, sequence and handover strategy.
· Responsible for preparing combined commissioning procedures and ensures approval from Client.
· Shall ensure adequate availability of resources for Commissioning
