Role Objective: To Support the creation of drawings and manuals, and use their experience to make suggestions for improvements. This is a vital role to support customer expectations of quality and timeliness to project completion and provide timely and well-planned supervision to cleaning services team & manage members to successfully fulfill the cleaning plan in accordance with the specification and standard. within the Mall Building and Facilities in accordance to contract documents and in compliance with local laws & regulations
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Assign certain duties to cleaning controllers, explaining how those duties are to be done and ensure that they are working under specific schedules and appropriate to the duties.
- Resolve a wide variety of concerns and complaints related to cleaning standards and pest control.
- Maintain a flexible cleaning plan of all areas. And liaise with all cleaning contractors to fulfill the cleaning plan for the Company.
- Supervise & report the cleaning and pest control contractors to assure the correct job adherence as per contractual obligations
- Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials and equipment, keep check of what will be required and placing order to maintain stock levels
- Perform random or periodic spot checks to assure cleanliness and safety procedures are applied
- Review spot check reports and follows up on complaints with contractors as required
- Monitor and report all cleaning campaigns taken place in the mall
- Report on all matters arising within the department relevant to the cleaning role
- Monitor and report any violation for health and safety policy
- Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
People
- Monitor performance of direct reportees and guide them in managing their performance by providing appropriate feedback
- Ensure that subordinates are aware and familiar with assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Assist subordinates in resolution of any problems, discrepancies, and inquiries
