Pace is looking for a Visualizer to turn ideas, 2D plans, illustrations and sketches into 3D models that provide the client with a photo realistic look at a design concept from a completion view point.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Working closely with Directors and CEO
• Provide the CAD drawings and 3D visuals for presentations that are supporting new design proposals to clients and/or managers
• Creating 3D photo realistic models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real – life objects using special rendering software
• CGI rendering, adding special effects and touching up to enhancing images
• Creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-throughs, animations
• Assisting interior designers, architects or graphic designers in design details
• Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models
