- Weekly planogram tracker update (Updating status of the planogram articles in Showroom and warehouse stock by categories)
- Report Not in Planogram articles – Articles which send to showroom which are not updated through planogram procedure.
- Utilization Report- Space utilised in showroom by calculating the stock availability of the physically displayed articles in showroom
- Planogram categories to be handled (White goods, IT, Gaming, & Camera) and Sending the updated trackers on Sunday every week by each sub categories.
- Showroom Updations of 2 - categories per week(receiving the updates from Category team- updating in system & sending to showroom)
- Showroom visit for updating the existing planogram / visit during the planogram implementation.
- Showroom visit to update the floor plan by category MC3.
- Working close with category team for changes/updations in planogramming format (merchandising rules).
- Report about the distribution of articles available across all showrooms on monthly basis to the management
