• Design and develop projects control reports that represents projects status regarding time, cost, cash flow, change and risk management.
• To prepare project baselines using Primavera P6 periodical updates, and monthly progress reports.
• To assess impact on critical path, near critical activities and track all scope changes to prepare extension of time or claims if required.
• Develop project cost reports including the evaluation of actual and forecasted costs against budget and detailed analysis.
• Develop and monitor project control system to ensure meeting project requirements.
• Must have experience in preparation of all kinds if Claims
• Expert in Risk Management and Reports
