• Visit industrial, fleet, commercial customers/dealers in Kuwait and conduct post visit follow up.
• Receive potential sales inquiries/orders and arrange delivery of product.
• Follow up with the customers/dealers to increase commercial/industrial sale.
• Conduct product performance trial.
• Collect market information and competitor’s data and update management on regular basis.
• Provide assistance to management in maximizing sales market share.
• Guide and supervise assigned van salesman staff on field and with regard to reporting activities.
• Submit self and field staff Activity Report to Senior Manager Oil & Paints on daily/weekly/fortnightly basis on general market situation, problems faced and solutions provided and other relevant information.
• Conduct regular field tests and follow up for lubricants for Cofran, Valvoline and competitor brands.
• Achieve sales targets and non-financial objectives given by the Management.
• Maintain prospective customers’ database, develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales contacts, attend to and resolve customer complaints.
• Negotiate with the customers on the price up to approval limit.
