Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to new patients in person and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments & follow ups, answer patient inquiries, and monitor stock and supplies at the center.
- Maintain confidentiality of all therapist, staff, and patient information.
- Responsible for coordinating all administrative tasks and maintain filing system.
- Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
Requirements:
- Diploma (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Candidate must be bilingual- fluent in both Arabic and English
- Must be proficient in computer skills
- Relevant experience (medical industry is a plus)
- Attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
- Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information
