1. Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses. 2. Prepare periodic forecasts to update management on projected results. 3. Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets. 4. Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. 5. Understand and follow company rules and regulations. 6. Establish procedures for custody and control assets, records, loan collateral, and securities, in order to ensure safekeeping, min risk. 7. Budget prepares and monitor to all firm activities. Evaluate, edit, analysis and action plan. 8. Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting, collection procedures, and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions. 9. Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of manager and workers in departments. 10. Provide and interpret financial information. 11. Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends. 12. Analyze change and advise accordingly. 13. Formulate strategic and long-term business plans. 14. Research and report on factors influencing business performance. 15. Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk. 16. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. 17. Manage a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems. 18. Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out. 19. Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, bankers, etc… 20. Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines 21. Manage budgets. 22. Arrange new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities. 23. Supervise accounting staff. 24. Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
