The Maintenance Mechanical Lead-man is responsible for leading the Mechanical teams in the maintenance department. He assists the maintenance manager in all the Mechanical repairs of the facility
- • Maintains all the equipment in the plant in good operating conditions.
- • Continuously monitors the facility equipment making sure the efficient Mechanical operation.
- • Conduct all preventive maintenance tasks per set schedules.
- • Installs, moves, and connect all equipment and machineries.
- • Maintains clean and hazard free working area
- • Abided by GMP (Good Manufacturing Procedures) standards.
- • Is responsible for the Mechanical team and the Mechanical workshop.
- • Trains all subordinates on Wooden Bakery procedures and electrical work.
- • Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
- • Interacts with different department supervisors to ensure the delivery of accurate maintenance service (preventive and emergency)
- • Communicate professionally with suppliers while maintaining transparent and honest relationships.
