• Develop and implement leasing strategy
• Performing market research and analysis and preparing regular business development and leasing reports
• Develop budget for the department and rental forecast (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
• Plan ahead for any investor providing notice period so that realization of rental forecast is not affected.
• Manage teams effectively for client relations, leasing support and business development activities
• Develop and provide inputs to assessment of leasing proposals to ensure effective tenancy mix aligned with the planned positioning of the property
• Overseeing visitors or prospective investors in company’s management office, and offering leasing solutions as per their requirement
• Directing all leasing related operations, including new letting, renewal and expiration. Managing and safeguarding these documents for easy retrieval and access
• Supporting leasing & tenancy administrations, and liaising with operations on client projects from inception to finalization as and when required. Making sure that the unit is handed over to the investor as per the lease agreement and investor satisfaction
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders towards ensuring timely and compliant execution of fitting-out and refurbishment works
• Ensure upkeep of occupancy ratio (tower and mall) as per the planned budget and ensure no revenue leakages
• Coordinate with finance to ensure collection of rentals on time and notify defaults and take preventive measures
• Coordinate with legal counselor for tenancy related matters and provide necessary documentations as per the records
• Identify and qualify leads related to tenancy requirements and finalize deals with prospective investors
