Job Title: Commercial Director
Reporting to: CEO
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible to work with the CEO to set up the business strategy and long-term plan, including the budget ambitions
• Accountable for the end to end marketing management including Proposition and Pricing strategy and roadmap, Segment management, as well as CVM, business intelligence and customer insights.
• Must ensure at all times a ‘uniquely differentiated’ digital proposition is available for customers.
• Accountable for the brand strategy and ensuring a clearly differentiated brand positioning and look and feel. Must ensure delivery of our brand promise across external channels as well as internal channels.
• Accountable for delivering amazing digital campaigns that drive traffic into our digital acquisition channels as well as our offline channels.
• Work closely with both marketing and sales teams, and will also manage brand and communications agencies to achieve this
• Responsible for our Member care area including a newly created digital validation function. Key part of the role is to drive 100% self care through the use of our digital assets.
• Manage a team of experts to drive best in class requirements across our self care channels (Web Self Care, App and Digital Kiosks) and to follow these through to best in class digital experiences with the help of marketing and technology teams.
• Accountable for the Ecommerce channel including setting the vision for that channel including any technical or business requirements and working with the other teams on the delivery of this.
• Must ensure good efficient communications to drive the acquisition and recharge objectives for this channel.
• Accountable for the set up and running of the offline sales channel.
• Must ensure digital first approach is achieved in the offline channels to support overall company vision.
• Work with selected partners to manage these channels and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage commission structures and key commercial negotiations across the whole country.
