· Handle cashier duties including Cash collections & cash payments.
· Preparing cash & checks payment vouchers as per the followed procedures.
· Maintaining daily cash register.
· Handle online refunds and payment links through third parties’ payment gateways.
· Preparing cash balance and cash collections reports.
· Ability to create and maintain excel registers for certain types of cash transactions.
· Daily filing of cash payment vouchers and journal vouchers.
· Ability to use accounting/ERP software to post different types of transactions in the system.
· Ability to handle petty cash and maintain proper register and supporting documents for any cash out.
· Assist in posting monthly closing transactions and produce required reports.
