Core Purpose of Job:
- To provide service to guests according to established standards.
- To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- Responsible for all duties, prior to, and after service.
- Serving as directed to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- To serve the tables in the dining area, taking the clients’ orders and to maintain the cleanliness and the presentation of the restaurant to the highest
standards possible.
- Taking, punching and serving the orders.
- Preparing and settling checks.
- Maintain guest relations and smoothness of the service cycle.
- Do any other related task at the instruction of the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Do store pick up whenever necessary.
- Maintain hygiene standards as per Kuwait Govt. Laws.
- Maintain a healthy work atmosphere.
- Other opening, hand over, ongoing and closing dutie
