To sell multi goods and brands by establishing contacts and developing relationships with clients; recommending solutions to sales team and insures proper assistance to management directions
Job responsibility:
- To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives.
- Follow the GP set by sales manager, and try to find ways to increase it.
- To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate new clients
- To assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
- Coordinating and supervising the day-to-day sales efforts of the team
- Training and coaching team members on selling techniques and product knowledge
