Job responsibilities
• Sales experience in Joinery and fit-out works such as Wooden Kitchens, Doors, Cabinets & Cladding.
• Meet with new potential clients to determine their needs
• Present Suma’s products and services to individual clients or businesses
• Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
• Maintain client database for follow up processes.
• Able to communicate with the Design Dept, Estimation Dept, and Production Dept to make sure all customer requirements are accomplished.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identifying and exceeding the needs of clients by providing in-depth advice and service.
