The company is looking for an experienced maintenance manager with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
The job role includes:
· Grow existing team and build their skill sets
· Track and manage KPIs of teams and individuals
· Track inventory and forecast future material needs
· Assess team members periodically and take appropriate action
· Approach suppliers and close deals with them
· Conduct pricing analysis on services and materials
· Build and train a team for VRV/VRF systems (must have strong knowledge of VRF systems)
