• Responsible for the design and arrangement of any flower arrangement required for the props, decoration items, table settings and backdrops.
• Responsible for preparation of a bill of quantity of the flowers required to be purchased for his flower arrangement needs and submits the requirements.
• Responsible for placing flower orders and purchasing as required.
• Present creative flower arrangement ideas to the designer and head of events which will help them market their designs better.
• Create and implement show room flower arrangement samples and table settings for the clients to select from.
• Present creative ideas for table settings and look for new material and table arrangements to be introduced.
• Looking into the quality and maintaining the standards of the store.
• Evaluating the sale of flowers and keeping a track of purchase trends and customer feedback.
• Ensuring regular replenishment of stock in the store.
• Ensuring the proper display and arrangement of flowers in the shop.
• Maintaining proper storage, stacking of flowers, and ensuring that they do not wilt or damage.
• Coordinating with suppliers for procuring floral inventory and ensuring the proper transportation of the same.
• Overseeing the packaging of flowers during sale.
• Reporting the damage or any other loss of flowers to the supervising manager.
• Conceptualizing ideas for floral decoration and themes for weddings and events.
