Vending Machine Technician Activities
§ Implement full maintenance programs pertaining to the company's Healthcare Division, including, technician and repair services, ensuring all services are installed on a timely basis.
§ Implement preventative and predictive technician programs and the installation, modification and /or repair of vendor machine in a manner which will assure employee safety and assure product quality.
§ Ensure continuous improvements to vendor machine and aid with process improvements for the company's Operations.
§ Ensure the availability of necessary tools and equipment’s in order to execute tasks in an effective manner.
§ Ensure audit on the technical aspect of maintenance spares to ensure their relevance with current requirements and desired specifications.
§ Ensure to clean and oil machine parts and adjust machine pressure gauges and thermostats.
§ Ensure to respond to service calls by taking a preliminary visual survey to look for loose wires or leaks.
§ Perform and checks on motors, keypads, and other equipment to make sure vending machines are functioning at the highest quality.
§ Perform comprehensive electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair of coin and currency bill operated vending machines.
§ Submit electronic components for repair to appropriate vendor.
§ Keeps up to date on overall activities of the products, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
§ Participate in equipment installation and fabrication of custom parts.
§ Maintain and repair facility according to preventative maintenance schedule.
§ Design and fabricate special items as specified by work orders or through requests.
§ Fabricate and test of composite parts utilized in various enrichment technology systems and participate in the development of associated procedures and process improvements.
§ Development and execution of complex manufacturing methods involving data collection and interpretation, analysis and reporting of results, and incorporation of steps for continuous improvement of processes.
§ May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work.
§ Generate regular and special reports for the Management that summarize Technical activities and escalate critical issues to provide effective recommendations in meeting the key challenges.
§ Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Educational Requirements
§ High School Degree or technical diploma in a related field.
§ Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Work Experience Requirements
§ Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the same or related field.
§ Must have a valid driver's license
