We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager that will be involved in dealing with casual, upper casual and fine dining restaurants. Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies of our clients' staff and providing a satisfying experience for guests by using our services in the right directions .
- Prepare and deliver training programs to client's waiters to use our services.
- Oversee client's waiters performance in the site.
- Evaluate client's waiters and identify weakness.
- Build quarterly and annual training program,
- Be in the site to support the floor.
with Nextbite, you will work with top restaurants in Kuwait.
