· Responsible for determining the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers.
· Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting
Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
· Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
· Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
· Manages and oversees the whole day-to-day operations of the ecommerce production floors in all accounts and projects
· Utilize and interpret Google Analytics and session recordings to track KPIs and prioritize area of focus by making informed commercial decision.
· Monitor ecommerce delivery and operations team to ensure on time order delivery and efficient return process
· Manage online lifecycle of products and responsible for ensuring product availability on site.
· Plan out campaigns, promotions and categories highlight on banners, and email campaigns.
Responsible for online product range including setting up new season, and product visibility.
