A well-reputed company in Kuwait is recruiting for the role of Contact Center Agent in this role, your tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Take inbound and handle/solve customer queries and issues.
- Perform necessary outbound calls for solving customer issues or any other requested job.
- Handle calls in line with customer service protocols and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure data is entered correctly into systems and all data requirements are captured.
- Handle customer concerns by taking detailed information and logging customer service complaints.

Education & experience
- Diploma degree in relevant discipline
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
Knowledge:
