1. Implement visual merchandising principle and guidelines in retail stores
2. Coordinate and work with contractors in setting installation of graphics, props and led lighting
3. Ensure to follow and maintain VM inventory
4. Manage the display fixtures and layout. Assembling and dismantling of store fixtures
5. Conceptualize new and fresh store display design, ensure layout and ambience appeal to target customer
6. Act as the brand keeper ensure the image of brand and NSC is projected at all times
7. Maintain conformity of standards as per daily checklist prepared housekeeping, mannequin dressing, propping’s and fixtures
8. Arrange the layout plan as per VM guidelines and with coordination with store team
9. Taking care of all posm inside the store
10. Follow all VM requisite and related works
11. Directly reported to VM SUPERVISOR/VM EXECUTIVE
12. At least 2-3yrs retail fashion experience
