Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operation of the Spa & Massage, including beauty treatments.
- Accordance with the needs and demands of guests, management and the local market trends.
- Provide supervision, direction, leadership and continuous training to the Spa & Massage staff.
- Monitor and review Spa employee’s performance regularly and provide required guidence.
- Manage spa inventory effectively, and follow hotels purchasing standards to ensure audit compliance.
- Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
- Responsible for reviewing all guest feedback results and implement improvements to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for spa employee’s weekly duty schedules and staff duty charts.
