An Oil & Gas company are looking for a Production Manager to manage oil & gas field production technical team.
Key Responsibilities
· managing a technical team and subcontractors
· meeting production targets
· Developing new strategies to increase production with safe and cost-efficient methods
· controlling budgets
· making sure production processes and facilities meet safety standards
· Ensuring that adequate safety norms are used by site personnel
· Operating the oil and gas fields in a profitable and optimal manner
· Feasibility studies & market research for new projects including cost calculations.
Person Profile
· Familiar with production operations, EPF and power plants.
· Familiar with conducting business plans for energy projects.
· Proven ability to operate successfully in a start-up environment
