- Plan, schedule, and execute public relations programs, including advertising, press releases or seminars to maintain reputation and visibility of the University.
- Ensure articulation of University desired image, enhancing reputation & position.
- Responsible for editorial direction & publications.
- Dealing with media communications with suppliers and printing press.
- Coordinate with media interest in the University & ensure regular contact with target media & provide appropriate response to media requests.
- Coordinate the appearance of all University printing and electronic materials.
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
- Monitoring trends & generating reports.
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising.
- Organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and school visits.
- Co-ordinate all activities relating to the production of internal and external communications documents, student information booklets, annual report and other such performance reports as may be required, for promotional purposes, from time to time.
- Plan, co-ordinate and deliver promotional presentations to schools, potential student groups in the private and public sectors.
- Expand the number of applicants to the University.
- Working on websites and social media and writing and/or producing presentations, reports, articles, leaflets, journals and brochures for both external and internal distribution.
- Helping to organize market research.
- Supporting the Admissions in the PUC scholarship periods
- Any other tasks assigned by your line manager.
