- Responsible to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises.
- Inspect restaurant outlets and equipment to identify any issues.
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
- Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
- Plan and schedule repairs.
