· Responsible to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises
· Inspect restaurant outlets and equipment to identify any issues.
· Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
· Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
· Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment to ensure everything is up to standard.
· Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
· Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
· Plan and schedule repairs.
