Maintenance & Facility Management professional (HVAC / MEP) position is fully responsible for complete project management, supervision and maintenance MEP Maintenance Contract related to infrastructure projects
The Employee responsibility includes:
1) Provides work direction and supervision to staff involved in maintenance and repair work of facilities and equipments.
2) Looks over work request to decide problem and resolution, and delegate assignments to technicians and/or electronics.
3) Prepares in coordination with the Operations Manager, Facility Management the list of scheduled tasks and distribute it to all Electricians and Technicians.
4) Supervises all routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of properties does not deteriorate.
