Administration of Middleware /Application server will be supporting the
IT Business in managing J2EE based solutions and Oracle forms and Reports based solutions comprised of both proprietary and open source components.
2 Prior work experience in a Healthcare/Clinical application environment is
a distinct advantage.
3 Hands on experience on basic Unix/Linux administration and Scripting
Skills
4 Knowledge of basic Windows Server administration as a standalone and
on Hyper V settings.
5 Experience in Mirth Interface Engine (HL7 and XML).
6 Knowledge of the HL7 v2.x/v3.x protocol, including familiarity with
HL7 specification required.
7 Demonstrated medical environment experience with DICOM and HL7
integration.
8 Good Experience in Database administration is needed particularly with
respect to troubleshooting Integration issues with Middleware
components.
9 Working Knowledge of SQL, XML, HTML, Javascript.
10 Knowledge of Integrating Projects using Java programming, XML, Web
Services
11 Knowledge of SOA is an advantage.
12 Installation, configuration and tuning of fusion middleware, Web-Logic
server, WebSphere, Tomcat server and IIS environments in Production and Non-Production environments.
13 High-availability design, configuration and maintenance, including
clustering and load balancing (Software and Hardware) of Clustered
Middleware instances. _
14 Perform tuning and Develops standards and tuning metrics and alert
threshold for Optimal Performance.
15 Manage the entire cycle of interface engine development, including
analysis, design, specification, implementation, go-live and support.
16 Support deployments through a detailed knowledge of the HL7 /DICOM
and its use to support Clinical Applications and other existing Healthcare workflows
17 Demonstrated ability to respond to critical system failures

18 Strong knowledge surrounding change management practices
19 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with
technical documentation
