o Interface with Owners, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, and others.
o Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
o Renders design ideas in form of paste ups, drawings, or illustrations, estimates material requirements and costs, and presents design for approval.
o Help in researching and developing new products.
o Cost saving and time management to meet minimum expenses and shortest implementation time.
o Recommends products to purchase according to market trends availability of products required for designs.
o Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
o Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
o Develop detailed plans and 3-D models showing arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting and other fixtures using computer-assisted design (CAD) software and graphics software.
o Develop plans, elevations, cross sections and detailed drawings, and advise on selection of colors, finishes and materials, floor and wall coverings, interior and exterior lighting, furniture and other items, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards.
o Stays updated with latest trends in interior designs.
