• Ensure compliance obligations under relevant laws are met, specifically in relation to CMA / Boursa requirements as applicable to Kuwaiti Listed Companies (this includes liaising with auditors, third parties, directors to make sure all reports and requirements are met)
• Responsible for maintaining Corporate records (Entities legal documents, BOD records…)
• Advice and coordinate the implement of Group’s Legal structure
• Familiar with MOCI requirements in terms of Companies regulations, licensing…etc
