General Summary:
Plan, coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical utilities of HVAC equipment’s.
Typical Work Activities:
- Supervise the execution of maintenance plans concerning periodic, preventive and corrective activities.
- Provide the spare parts and tools to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance and the safety equipment as well.
- Responsible to perform routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.
- Participate in assessing contractors work through conducting inspections on heating, ventilation and air-conditioning units and comparing them to approved designs, as well as ensure their installation according to set specifications.
- Ensure required air quality is available for continuous production.
- Participate in assessing contractors work and assuring compliance to plans and specifications.
- Continuous review of spare parts availability and update spare parts list of new equipment’s.
- Perform regular corrective and preventive maintenance on HVAC units and equipment.
- Repair or replacing worn out HVAC parts and equipment.
