POSITION: SAP Material Management and ARIBA Business Analyst (Business Partner)

JOB PURPOSE:
Kuwait Steel is been undergoing a Digital Transformation for the last 4 years and is in the process of upgrading its ERP environment to SAP S4HANA, SuccessFactors and Ariba .
Qualifications required:
Applicants should be in possession of an applicable B-Degree / M-Degree or an equivalent qualification. A post-graduate qualification would be an advantage.
Experience
Preferably 5 - 10 years relevant Materials Management and 2 – 3 years ARIBA cloud solution experience.
Requirements
Should have thorough knowledge of SAP MM Module.
Strategic resourcing (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Life Cycle Performance)
Procurement and invoicing
Ariba network
Ariba spend management and analysis
SAP Ariba Commerce Automation
Should have end to end implementation experience in SAP Ariba
Should have good knowledge about release strategies, invoice verification, knowledge on material master data management and inventory management
Experience of Ariba integration with SAP ECC
Sound business knowledge
Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills to review and interpret data, detect problems and determine best solution and preventative measures to mitigate future risks
Personal Attributes
Working knowledge of sourcing or accounting processes
Working knowledge of generally accepted acquisition policies, procedures, and methods
Working knowledge of pricing, procurement operations/sourcing market conditions, and product functionality
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as Microsoft Visio
SAP configuration and Implementation experience
Business Knowledge
Good verbal and written communications skills
Strong relationship building ability
Negotiation and persuasive abilities
