To supervise installation works
· To control and plan the material and manpower at site
· To maintain reports of work progress, field staff welfare, safety
· To have full knowledge of the financial aspects of project.
· To actively coordinate collection of receivables.
· To process Quality inspection, final inspection in co-ordination with QA/QC Dept. before handing over
· To report / identify any non-conformance related to products, and take corrective and preventive measures at site
· To ensure all work is conducted in accordance with current procedures/Method statements.
· To implement Installation procedures and control installation cost and maintain Quality / Safety standards.
· To revise Installation Department procedures and structure regularly; and recommend changes to streamline Installation operations.
· To provide support in technical issues
· To conduct random site visits to ensure full compliance of Installation activities with installation procedures and Company’s policies.
· To maintain staff attendance records and time sheet.
· To conduct STAART prior to each activity
· To identify Hazard and report to QHSE team
· To comply with requirements of QHSE Management System of the Company, where applicable
· To follow all QHSE Procedures and controls and ensure prevention of Accident, Fire etc.
· To implement emergency response plans in coordination with QHSE team
· To encourage active participation of all employees in QHSE matters
· To carry out all work activities in safe manner and follow all QHSE Procedures and controls
· To use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment’s provided by the Company
· To respect and don’t remove collective protections and safe guards
· To promptly report all accidents and near misses to the immediate Superior and QHSE team
· To report all defects and events which may affect QHSE control
· To respond correctly and as per QHSE guidelines during Emergency situations
