Title: Microsoft Cloud Solution Sales Professional Team Leader (SSP TL).
Job Role: Customer Engagements (Presales), Team Leading & Operation Activities
- Work with Sales and Microsoft to achieve Microsoft Azure selling target. (New Business plus maintaining the existing customers consumption).
- Work with Sales and Microsoft to achieve Microsoft selling target for Office365, EMS, Office365 step-up to E5 and Microsoft Security.
- Deliver Azure, Office365 & Microsoft Security presentation and demos.
- Manage Azure consumption, forecasting and take the corrective actions in order to avoid any misuse (Overage) and guarantee business growing and continuity.
- Manage Azure Subscription & Tenant Activation cycle for all government entities under the EA.
- Manage Office365 Activation cycle for all government entities under the EA.
- Understand customer needs and propose cloud solutions (Native Microsoft, 3rd party or Mixed) to solve customer issues or to improve customer productivity and business.
- Collect customer requirements and do high-level technical design and sizing.
- Estimate cloud solution cost (Licenses Plus professional services).
- Manage Cloud Solution Team and setting their KPIs.
- Responsible for O365 adoption team in term of productivity, Readiness, Training and reporting.
- Responsible for Microsoft Funds & Incentives (ECIF, JMA and FastTrack) from the request till money collection.
- Responsible of successful delivery of Microsoft Teamwork, Security, Sentinel and other workshops and assessments start by nominating the customer, contacting the customer, delivery of the workshop and upload the POE, follow up on the money claim and collection.
- Responsible of Microsoft FastTrack program (Customer Claim, Increase the usage, Maximize the incentive & follow up on money collection).
- Manage O365 end users training\awareness over all accounts.
