- Manage all stages of individual business and clinical application development and integration projects to meet business objectives
- Lead a team of IT specialists responsible for implementing and upgrading application software to ensure that the servers are all ready before implementing new system.
- Provide technical leadership in the design and development of Applications which meets operations requirements as well as identify suitable new and emerging technologies, develop business cases & coordinate proof of concept.
- Provide technical expertise in the development of new and existing applications through assessing the requirements of new workflows, liaising with suppliers on issues pertaining to routine and adhoc and working with IT Applications staff to ensure that interfaces with other applications and third party products work.
- Act as the in-house expert on all software applications issues and provide advice and training to management and staff as required as well as identify the development of new software applications.
- Enterprise Applications implementation experience: ECM, SharePoint, Web portals, SSO, BI and reporting engines.
- Enterprise Service Bus and Integration API gateways (Rhapsody, Ensemble, CA, Message broker)Technical team management
- Agile so, software life cycle management
- Micro Services App Architecture experience
- Web and mobile development experience
- Monitor and control the software development budget in coordination with IT Project Management section.
