Social Media Specialists are responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
- Ability to create great content and can present/market the company and its products.
- Very rich product knowledge and aware of all updates.
- Experience in direct response/customer service.
- Understands social media landscape, innovations, and practical application.
- Experience with a social media scheduling/publishing tool preferred.
- Strong project management or organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Creation of content which meets standards.
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
- Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select adapt current processes to fit needs.
- Review and approve content on a daily basis.
- Creating and managing monthly promotions.
