As Commercial support Representative, you will act as a specialist, working on a variety of tasks to support the strategic objectives of the commercial organization and share best practices including specification support, product advice, approval librarian, you’ll need to be a strong partner for colleagues in sales and other relevant teams.
-CRM Opportunities Pipeline
-Creation of quotations and specifications in AX and IQS
-Price List management and documentation (ensuring adhering to Authority Matrix, archiving)
-Support for customer product queries – basic technical advice
-Support Commercial organization in documentation (maintenance plans, guarantees, approvals)
-My Hempel support (account set up, support and training at customers)
-Read and interpret the technical specifications, BOQ, estimations etc.
-Technical submittals (tenders).
-Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
