· Learn and Fully understand the layout of store, aisles and product distribution as assigned & instructed.
· Run throughout store to pick items and fulfill orders.
· Request assistance from supervisor when running into issues such as not finding items.
· Ensure picking within time assigned to and as per order (As a start 20-30 mins per order based on order size and as instructed by supervisor).
· Report to supervisor how work is done and how to improve the process.
· Fill forms and log sheets to collect data on a daily basis and track performance.
· Strictly follows company and store/vendor guidelines & rules, Health & Safety Standards.
Qualification:
• High school/Any Diploma or Degree.
Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in retail/indoor sales/admin and related functions.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Good communications skills (Preferred both Arabic and English)
• Well organized and energetic
• Fast learner
• Ability to use smartphone and software applications
• Health and safety standards
• Attention to details and quality oriented
