An interior design and architecture is looking to hire a Finance Manager.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Managing financial reporting for the organization. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and all statutory financial reporting for the parent company and all of its subsidiaries and associates.
- Overseeing and Managing all subsidiaries and associate's Financial and accounting performance and procedures.
- Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.
- Conduct Investment appraisal and provide reasonable Valuation and analysis.
- Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organization is compliant with accounting standards.
- Play a key role in the formulation of the business's strategy for the Organization.
