Our client has been heavily involved in the region on the delivery of super structures and large scale mega projects and is seeking a Revit skilled BIM Architect to join their projects team in Kuwait.
Description
Evolve design concepts from schematic ideas into Construction Documents with high accuracy, precision & efficiencyBe involved in meetings with client, main contractor, consultant and subcontractorsAssist leadership with Revit standards, model management, and provide technical support to other Revit modellersCollaborate with team members on project deadlines and workflow milestonesAssist in planning and scheduling, cost report setup and forecasting, issue change orders, notices, and revisionsIdentify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information
Profile
2 years minimum Building Information Modelling experience in GCCExperience on mid scale projects and construction coordinationSoftware - Technical BIM works using Revit (essential), Dynamo (preferred but not essential), and NavisworkImmediately available to joinMust be based in Kuwait , or able to mobilise there immediately
