Purpose of Job:
The position is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, creating and implementing show for all the stores/showrooms. The jobholder must combine creativity and artistic flair with technical know-how to set-up displays that maximize the sales and space of the store,as well as, increase customer traffic, guide buying customers, promote goods/items and enhance store layout.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implements designs and plans created by the brand, designing and retail operations team which may involve physical work such as lifting, carrying and climbing ladders
- Implements designed showcase plans and sources out materials to maximize available space
- Visits other stores/showrooms in the area, working with sales team to help them develop understanding of the showcase and display created
- Ensures up-to-date look of themed-showcase, displays; and that brand lay-out guidelines are being followed correctly
- Sets up a model store/showroom according to latest design directives including picture-taking of finished merchandise displays to be followed and aligned by other stores/showrooms
- Regularly changes the displays and arrangments according to seasonal events/theme if there's any, i.e., Hala February, Valentine's Day, Ramadan, Christmas) current trades and trends or promotional material
- Maintains standard floor presentation, housekeeping, recovery principles and replenishment
- Coordinates with Designers and Head Office-based Teams to ensure consistency with the corporate brand image
- Adheres to Department Policies and Procedures
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by the head/s of the department
