Purpose of Job:
The jobholder is responsible for promoting beauty/coloring products to the targeted customers, and maintaining positive relationships with them.
Responsibilities:
- Covers all target customers and market segment related to the company product portfolio.
- Provides information and advice regarding product usage, interactions, side effects, proper application and storage.
- Builds and maintains positive work relationships with Beauty Salons management and supporting staff.
- Introduces customers to the latest products by offering samples, demonstrating their use and explaining their benefits.
- Responsible for ordering, purchasing, stocking, and handling of product lines.
- Maintains records, such as customer profiles, inventories, control records, and product promotions/launching.
- Monitors competitors activity and products services.
- Stays up to date of the latest products and techniques driven by the beauty division.
