- Responsible for developing an integrated compliance strategy (in coordination with functional heads and majority subsidiaries) and ensure its implementation after securing its approval
- Developing Compliance budget/business plan in line with overall company strategy ensuring that it is met/exceeded
- Should be aware or the Instructions and regulations of (CBK & CMA )
- Designing and implementing a compliance self-assessment system/process in coordination with all the functional heads
- Developing/acquiring appropriate AML systems allowing for effective compliance monitoring and reporting
- Reporting to the Board and the Regulators on compliance issues
- Establishing a solid compliance awareness & AML culture across the organization
- Establish and update/maintain and disseminate all regulations across the company
- Provide all necessary training to functional staff across the company
- Represent the company with regulators with regards to all compliance issues/overall compliance situation/status
- Provide compliance support to all AB entities (including affiliates and subsidiaries as and when needed)
- Independently reviewing the compliance situation/adequacy of compliance self-assessment across the company
- Assessing all direct reports according to their performance and ensuring management of all Group staff in a way to ensure optimum productivity and lowest attrition
- Ensuring the Group’s adherence to all internal standards and guidelines
- Contributing to the overall management of the company through active participation in various committees (as per the approved Governance structure)
