- Strategize key initiatives based on overall business plan for Consumer to protect and grow Mobily Post/Pre-paid customer base.
- Lead the formulation of monthly Post/Pre-paid Retention frameworks, the business opportunities to effectively protect both customer base & value
- Support customer interfacing channels in deploying exit surveys and retention activities to meet overall retention program targets
- Analyse customer usage from segment and survey data to generate insight and develop CLM campaign grid based on churn drivers and organically grow the post/pre-paid base revenue
- Drive retention measures in cooperation with other departments based on customer insight
- Propose input to segment base-related campaigns processes, policies and package enhancements
- Track performance and constantly improve and develop retention activities based on the churn triggers
- Align with CLM Governor representatives to discuss all post/pre-paid retention related activities
- Utilize available products, VAS and add-ons while designing segment specific retention offers
- Prepare reports for the Department Head with key insights, observations and proposed actions
- Coordinate on day-to-day basis with key external departments (e.g. outbound team) to control execution and gain new insights
- keep in view the contact policy and channel bandwidth
- Stay abreast of post/pre-paid base’ churn drivers and current events affecting the base behaviour.
- Consistently and accurately forecast monthly and quarterly churned revenue and base impact on the company profitability
- Contribute to the development of post/pre-paid campaign library.
