Should worked for a company or a dealership where they would have done regular RTO registrations.
They should be someone who can get things done with traffic department easily and would have working relationships there. (With road construction heavy equipment experience)
Would understand custom clearance procedures and can handle customs offices and dealings.
Can handle visa related issues.
Is email literate.
Will fit in to our organizational culture and is disciplined.
Kuwait Driving License is a Must.
