- Daily analysis of web sales to identify gaps/trends and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize sales.
- Effective and regular competition monitoring of category KVI's in terms price/promotions and initiating quick counter actions.
- Responsible for display of products on website, in such a way that stimulates interest and entices customers to make a purchase.
- Work with key stakeholders to guide, design and execute exclusive online promotions / replication of in-store promotions.
- Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, tracking, and measuring the success of such promotions.
- Coordinate with designers to produce appealing and content rich web assets.
- Custom build product lists to support editorial and email marketing, message notifications and marketing communications.
- Optimize the use of existing site features: site search tools, product recommendation software, product videos, side by side product comparisons, enhanced visualization tools, reviews and ratings etc.
- Focused on site productivity; getting maximum product engagement, conversion and sales per order.
- Collaborative in improvising site design, new features & tools, marketing offers and product mix.
- Managing CMS / static pages created for special highlights and merchandising.
