Very good knowledge in Network component, (LAN/WAN/CISCO VOIP/Wireless Indoor and Outdoor access points/ UPS) and problem solving.
Has good knowledge: Microsoft systems, AD, Exchange and how to handle cases related to IT security issues.
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures.
Familiar with documentation & backup systems; since it will be part of office side job
Good experience in Incident management and handling service desk system.
Prompt response whenever/wherever required
Collect requirement and site survey prior of begin the activities
Perform observing on Preventive Maintenance activities and daily tasks related to Network cabling
