- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Ensure the process and delivering payrolls monthly to finance
- Identified KPIs for HR department
- Ensure that all employee's files and HR system data is maintained and updated.
- Follow and maintain issuing and renewing all the company’s licenses.
- Administer all HR-related documentation such as employment offers & contracts.
- Prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas
- prepare on-line applications of immigration in compliance with Kuwait laws and regulations
- Coordinate process of employment visit visas and health cards issuance
