a) Tenders:
i) Prepare and Update Weekly report on all tenders published and the awarded company
ii) Maintain bi-weekly report on the competitors tenders / project timeframe
iii) Highlight tenders of interest to RECAFCO
iv) Analysis the Scope of Work and set the summary list of the tenders specifications, criteria’s, materials, services …etc
v) Coordinate and liaison with concern department to consolidate input for the draft the bidding proposals
vi) Build database on vendors, suppliers and services company
vii) Ensure all clarifications are raised will in time to provide solid cost / plan prior bid submission
viii)Review and advise the execution feasibility within the Standard Operation Proceeds and Best Practice
ix) Responsible for reviewing, preparation, auditing and finalization of bids prior final approval / submission
b) Cost and Planning:
i) Coordinate with Purchasing / Procurement department to obtain update market prices for raw materials and supply’s
ii) Study market trends to anticipate prices changes
iii) Liaison with the concern department on draft Project Time frame Plan incorporating all parties role and responsibilities such as but not limited to Phases, Divisions, Services Providers …etc)
iv) Review and update actual Operating Budget vs Expense Budget and obtain justifications from the concern department for any variances
v) Follow up with concern department on the handover checklist / clearances
c) Contracts:
i) Review and revise all contracts with subcontractors and 3rd party services providers to ensure all terms are in line with company best interest and with tenders regulations
ii) Provide RFP for subcontractors and 3rd parties services providers and ensure that the RFP are accurate and as per the tender conditions
iii) Coordinate with Subcontractors and 3rd party services providers to provide timetable and plan to be incorporated with the Project Main Plan
